		<description>So predatory lenders feast on the unsuspecting - TILA violations run rampant, people are not told that their payments are going to balloon.. added fees are not disclosed and now no one can hire an attorney to sue the predatory lenders - even if they violated TILA or other laws.  This sounds like a get out of jail free card for the loan servicers and banks.  Why are we allowing a hostile take over of America from the banks?  This sounds unconstitutional to me and if it isn&#039;t it should be.  Anyone should have the right to place money in a retainer to sue someone that has wronged them.  Where is the outrage?

Can some attorney please take these scumbags to task?  oh by the way you have to perform your services for the fun of it... Thanks Arnold for your decree your highness!

By the way - aren&#039;t any of these loans actually paid of by Tarp funds?  Why can&#039;t the American public reap the windfall with a slew of paid mortgages?  Or how about evenly distribute the funds against outstanding mortgages from companies that received Tarp funds?</description>
